We are looking for ambitious and energetic people to join our Business Development and Digital Media Sales Manager team in Vancouver, Sea-to-Sky (Horseshoe Bay, Lions Bay, Furry Creek, Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton), Victoria, and Kelowna. We are seeking someone early in their career who wants to learn and accelerate their on-the-job experience. We'll throw a lot at you, but support you along the way. This position is well suited for you if the following is important to you:
Media sales are what you make it. If you treat it as your own little 'business within a business' you can quickly build a name and rapport amongst your clients. The next opportunity is only one phone call away so approach each day with as much enthusiasm as your first day. Each day should be as varied as possible or else you may just get the same results. Push yourself further and also encourage your clients to do the same, this way you can grow together.
Early in this role your key focus will be to truly understand SmashPotatoes technology, business model and value proposition. Your role in the first 90 days is keenly focused on identifying venues that will become excellent partners with SmashPotatoes. You will be asked to successfully close two venue sales per week over a 90 Day period. Once you Smash It, in the first 90 Days, we will begin to train you to move into Digital Media Sales.
